COMPLAINTS POLICY

Simple Europe UAB, legal entity, duly incorporated in Lithuania under the company number 305959834, having its registered office at Gyneju str. 14-65, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania, 01109, together with its affiliated companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Simple”, “we” and/or “us”) has created this Compaints Policy in order to prevent disagreements and misunderstandings our Users ( also referred as “you”, or “user”).

1. How to make a complaint

1.1. We are committed to providing a high standard of service. If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received and wish to raise a complaint then please send your complaint to the Complaint team at: [email protected]

1.2. Please provide the following details in order for us to be able to process your complaint in time:

  • your name;
  • the email address you used to register your Account;
  • a clear description of your concern or complaint;
  • details of what you would like us to do to fix this matter;
  • copies of any relevant correspondence.

1.3. Once we have received your complaint we will acknowledge this via email. We will then investigate all the details of your complaint, and issue our response within a couple of days, but this can take up to 15 business days.
